C.R.E.S.T: Community Ready Employment Skills Training
The CREST program meets on the West Valley Occupational Center campus, is led by a Miller teacher and allows our most work ready Interns to participate in daily off campus work training and focuses on applying, interviewing, and getting hired at a work site of interest. As a part of this program interns are trained to travel independently using public transportation and receive coaching from a Miller job coach as an Intern at one of our community partners, ultimately working towards becoming competitively employed at a worksite in their home community.
Interns participating in the CREST program meet daily at the West valley occupational campus and are under the supervision of a Miller teacher.
