P.A.E.S. Lab

 

The Practical Assessment Exploration System (P.A.E.S.) seeks to find out our interns’ inherent job skills in an entry level job environment. 


The following areas are addressed:

  

  • Construction/Industrial
  • Processing/Production
  • Business Marketing
  • Customer Service
  • Computer / Technology

In P.A.E.S. We also track the interns' likes and dislikes which is equally important information for their future plans.


Interns are expected to come to the program work ready, dressed appropriately, maintain a positive work ethic, utilize good communication skills,  and have good attendance.
