B.E.S.T: Basic Employment Skills Training

The  BEST program gives the interns the opportunity to practice their learned skills in a real world environment.

They learn to use public transportation and practice these skills with continued support.

Interns receive hands-on training at a variety of community based work sites. They are supported by trained staff that help them work on time management, customer service, and job readiness.

The goal is to help every Intern become as independent and work ready as possible when they leave Miller.
