Landscaping

The Landscaping Program was designed to allow each intern practical work experience in landscape design and maintenance through on-the-job training. 

It utilizes the profession as a tool to teach various soft skills and hard skills necessary for employment. Interns learn and apply their knowledge in the areas of lawn care, maintenance, tool identification, and design estimates. They are constantly using their interpersonal skills and leadership in areas such as how to take direction from others, work as teams, and listen to supervisors.
